Rod & Staff Ministries provides training in Biblical Counseling in accordance with the National Association of Nouthetic Counselors (NANC) Standard of Conduct and Code of Ethics.

The vision of Rod & Staff Ministries is a network of equipped biblical counselors who elevate and make known the truths of biblical counseling/discipleship to all of life within local churches.  A five-level apprenticeship-training program is designed to bring that vision to reality

The levels are as follows:

Level 1: Principles of Biblical Counseling

Level 2: Practice of Biblical Counseling

Level 3: Analysis of Counseling Systems & Situations

Level 4: Theological Anchors & Observation

Level 5: Counseling Implications & Implementation

These services provide an actual Biblical Counseling setting in which trainees can observe and assist in the Biblical Counseling process.
