The Mission of Rod & Staff Ministries
It is the mission of this ministry to share and spread the gospel of Jesus Christ by training and equipping pastors, missionaries, church leaders, and church members to provide Biblical counseling in the local church. Rod & Staff provides five levels of training which include learning the principles, processing the principles, observing the Biblical counseling, and assisting and leading in Biblical counseling.
The Beliefs of Rod & Staff Ministries
We believe in the sufficiency of Christ and His Word for solving problems in life. Therefore, training and counseling given at Rod & Staff is based on sound Biblical principles derived from the resources of the Bible, the Holy Spirit, and prayer. Written resources other than the Bible may be used, but only when they are based on the sound principles found in God’s Word.
